 G.C.C.S. uses the modern manners in engineering the cotton blend when the cotton bales are tested by the devices AFIS and HVI.   Due to the results the blend is designed.

G.C.C.S. now has a considerable practice in treating the Syrian cotton through the blend in order to get the client satisfaction not only regarding the produced garlic but also regarding the European dying and typing factories in Germany , Portugal and Italy which imported about 100 000 ton of the yarns produced in G.C.C.S.

The cotton is tested through all the production stages due to testing program determined by the Swiss company USTER. . Also G.C.C.S. issues a quality certificate for each 1x40 F.C.L or 1x20 F.C.L including the physical specifications of the container yarns .

Measurement  :

The yarns produced within the range NE  10 – 50   weaving and tricot and can

  be waxed as per the requests . They are electronically cleared , length

  measured as diameter 23-24 C.M and of weight 2,4 K.G /one cone .

  The yarns are winded on cones with deviation angel 5  57 . The yarns are 

   packed inside carton towers, each one contain 13 layer ,each one has 20

   cone. One container 40 F.C.L holds 26 tower ( about 16 ton of yarns)

foreign materials clearing :

All the opening lines in the G.C.C.S.  are equipped by devices type JOSSI  for foreign materials clearing  . G.C.C.S. also  erect foreign fibers clearers on the autoconers in the mill no. /1 & 2 & 3 / and yarns conditioning devices   during  the year of 2004 -2005  .

The G.C.C.S. has the certificate ISO 9002 registered by IQ net under no. CA-010732 date 30/3/2000.
